Park Practice has a well established Patient Participation Group who meet quarterly. The objective of the group is for the patients to have a voice and to improve our practice.
It is important that the composition of the group reflects the make up of the practice population, by age / sex/ needs etc. and so we are asking all those who might be interested in joining the group to complete a short application form, which is available from Reception.
The Group meets approximately every 12 weeks, at a time which is convenient to the majority of members. Meetings will be limited to a maximum of 90 minutes.
